These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website garagedoorrepairdanville.net and the garage door repair services provided by Garage Door Repair Danville (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Garage Door Repair Danville provides residential garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in Danville, Blackhawk, Alamo, Diablo, San Ramon, and surrounding Contra Costa County communities. We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CA CSLB).
Service Estimates and Pricing
All pricing shown on our website represents typical ranges for the described services in the Danville CA market as of 2026. Actual pricing for your specific job is determined on-site after inspection of your door, hardware, and operating conditions. We provide a written price confirmation before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving an estimate.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices on the website do not constitute a binding quote.
Appointment Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled by phone. Same-day availability is subject to technician availability and is not guaranteed. We will confirm your appointment window at the time of booking. Appointment windows are estimates — technician arrival times may vary due to prior job completion times and traffic conditions.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before ordering materials. All payment terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Warranty
We warrant our labor and installation work against defects for 90 days from the date of service. Parts warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by component. We will assist you in processing manufacturer warranty claims for parts we have installed. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, power surges, or normal wear and tear after the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost time, loss of vehicle use, or property damage not directly caused by our workmanship.
Homeowner Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate information about your garage door system when scheduling service; ensure reasonable access to the garage and work area; disclose any known issues with the door, structure, or electrical system that may affect service; and comply with HOA requirements for any work requiring architectural review committee approval. We are not responsible for HOA violations arising from work you authorized without required HOA approval.
Safety
Garage door springs, cables, and related hardware operate under significant mechanical tension. Do not attempt to operate, adjust, or repair these components yourself. Keep children and pets away from the work area during service. Follow all safety instructions provided by our technicians. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse of garage door components or failure to follow safety instructions.
